Smarkia is the company that owns the websites and, hereinafter “the websites.” Smarkia is committed to the protection of the privacy of its clients’ information.

Smarkia, through its Cloud platform, offers different applications and services called collectively “Services.” Smarkia compiles information on the users that visit the Company websites (“Visitors”) and of users that register to use the Services (“Clients”).
